Welcome to Connexions Connexions offers a confidential support service for all 13 -19 year olds. For young people with additional needs, we can extend that support until the age of 25. We want to make life a bit easier for you by providing one contact point for our service – a Connexions Adviser – for information, advice, guidance and practical help on a wide range of issues and topics.
Your Connexions Adviser will work with you to provide the support you need. They may also refer you to other organisations who offer young people help, you will not simply be passed on and left; we will keep in contact to make sure you achieve your aims.
